Why are you supporting this school and their library?

"I have nothing but good things to say about William Cook School and their amazing staff.

In 2015, my caring and loving daughter Angelina was diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome, OCD, ADHD and anxiety. As parents, your greatest wish is that your children are happy and healthy. Although we had suspected this diagnoses, it was still somewhat of a shock to hear the confirmation from her psychiatrist. We had many questions, and feared what things would be like for her in school where she would be spending most of her time.

Angelina had attended two other schools before this one, and had always struggled with both the social and educational aspects. She would come home after school appearing very anxious and ticcing significantly. A week after starting her year at William Cook School Angelina's anxiety, OCD, and tics decreased dramatically. She appears super happy and says nothing but amazing things about her teacher and a couple of new friends she had made in class. I have met with the principal, vice-principal, Angelina's teacher and resource teacher and I too have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Wow! What a change this school has made for my daughter. It is for no other reason that I see the importance of supporting a school such as this one, a school that puts the students first and embraces the idea that a happy child is one that will succeed not only on an educational level, but also on a social one."
