Currently at EBS we are using the SoundPrints program to help foster literacy. As a school with a high level of special needs we want to be able to provide our students the opportunity to use the skills they learn from Soundprints by reading books that are of appropriate level with high interest. We strongly believe that all education starts with the ability to read. We want to provide books that students will be engaged with to read. Under our current budget, we cannot afford enough books to provide a wide range of themes and levels.

"When I was in elementary school in rural New Brunswick we had our library come to us in a Mobile Library! We had to go out of the school building and get our books in this special vehicle full of books! It was an experience of wonder and very much appreciated as books were not as accessible as they are now. "

"When I was in elementary school living in rural New Brunswick we had our library come to us by way of a mobile library! We would go outside the school building where the library was parked and get our books! It was special because books were not as accessible as they are now. This made the whole experience a wonder and something to be appreciated. "
