Junction Road ElementarySpringhill, Nova Scotia 18 / 170 Books Given
Principal Sheila Maddison-Alick
Our school is located in Springhill, Nova Scotia. We have students who arrive at school who love to read and love books however, the majority of our books are very old. The library was built onto our school in 1996 and we have struggled to add new books to the shelves. We are really trying to improve student literacy skills and would like for our provincial literacy assessment data to increase ~ we want to put great new books in the hands of our kids and encourage them to become independent readers and writers. This opportunity would be greatly appreciated~
