École Boréal

Fort McMurray, Alberta 596 / 140 Books Given

Principal Sonia Coulombe The school was affected by the May 2016 Wildfire in Fort McMurray and still has a small selection of library books.

Because the school is located in Abasand, a largely affected area from the Wildfire, the staff and students were relocated for the majority of the 2016/2017 school year and had to throw away everything due to smoke damage.

When re-purchasing necessary supplies, unfortunately, the school library was sacrificed.
