Libraries are not just rooms full of books - they are important spaces in our children's lives. Libraries are the place where a child who doesn't have access to books at home, or with no means to access a public library, can access resources to support their learning. It's the place that first nurtures a child's growing interest in a particular genre, a certain author, or that allows them to learn more about a topic that inspires them. It's a quiet, safe place that welcomes everyone, and doesn't care who you are. And it's the place where children can find stories that reflect their diversity in a positive light - the Adopt a School program will allow us to build a library collection that speaks to all of our children. Thank you for your support!
